چکیده
Open-pit mining is one of the main exploiting methods for solid mineral resources. After more than 100 years high-intensity development, there are a large number abandoned open-pit mines and related relics in world. The reconstruction Pumped Hydraulic Energy Storage systems (PHES) from an effective utilization mode underground space recent years. project planning PHES should consider not only technical economic feasibility power station but also series problems, such as comprehensive mine dump, slope treatment, industrial heritage cultural inheritance, ecological environment restoration area, transformation matching nearby resource-exhausted cities. This constitutes complex problem pumped storage mines. paper takes Fushun mine, second largest world, analysis object abstracts variety application modes with model research method. On this basis, abstracted single-pit oil–water co-storage mode, gravity dam reinforcement multi-pit linkage energy dump all carefully studied paper. A supporting integrated programs proposed each regard to restoration, multi-energy complementary, tourism governance, etc. In addition, based on explores sustainable development cities transmission their core industries.

Analyzing the effect of ore grade uncertainty in open pit mine planning; A case study of Rezvan iron mine, Iran
Due to uncertain nature of grade in ore deposits, considering uncertainty is inevitable in geological modelling of resources and mine planning. In other words, uncertainty in grade of mineralized materials, is one of the most significant parameters need attention in mine planning. In this paper, a comparative procedure utilizing Sequential Gaussian Simulation (SGS) and traditional Ordinary Krig...
متن کاملA continuous model for open pit mine planning∗
This paper proposes a new mathematical model for the open pit mine planning problem, based on continuous functional analysis. The traditional models for this problem have been constructed by using discrete 0−1 decision variables, giving rise to large-scale combinatorial and Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) problems. Instead, we use a continuous approach which allows for a refined imposition of s...
متن کاملA genetic algorithm approach for open-pit mine production scheduling
In an Open-Pit Production Scheduling (OPPS) problem, the goal is to determine the mining sequence of an orebody as a block model. In this article, linear programing formulation is used to aim this goal. OPPS problem is known as an NP-hard problem, so an exact mathematical model cannot be applied to solve in the real state. Genetic Algorithm (GA) is a well-known member of evolutionary algorithms...
متن کاملA comparison between effects of earthquake and blasting on stability of mine slopes: a case study of Chadormalu open-pit mine
Dynamic slope stability in open-pit mines still remains a challenging task in the computational mining design. Earthquake and blasting are two significant sources of dynamic loads that can cause many damages to open-pit mines in active seismic areas and during exploitation cycles. In this work, the effects of earthquake and blasting on the stability of the NW slope of Chadormalu mine are compar...
متن کاملA continuous framework for open pit mine planning
This paper proposes a newmathematical framework for the open pit mine planning problem, based on continuous functional analysis. The main challenge for engineers is to determine a sequence of nested profiles maximizing the net present value of the mining operation. The traditional models for this problem have been constructed by using binary decision variables, giving rise to large-scale combin...
